Introduction

Overview

The Staff Recruit System is designed for Human Resource Department (HR Dept). It includes all basic functionality such as open the recruitment term, add/update/delete/search candidate or import information of multi candidate’s CV files, contact candidate for test, interview and record result quickly. Besides HR Dept can tracking all result information of candidate during recruiting process.

Monitoring and Managing Recruitment Process

• Contact to candidate for inviting Test: System will send mail or SMS to candidates

• Contact to cadidate for inviting Interview: System will send mail or SMS to candidates
• Making schedule for interview
• Input the Test result, interview result
• Offer to Director about Position, salary of passed candidate.

Reporting

• Tested Attendants and passed: List of candidate that attended test or passed test
• Interviewed Attendants and passed: List of candidate that attended interview or passed interview
• View schedule of recruitment term: show schedule for interview as: time, interviewers, candidates
• Tracking all result information of candidate during recruiting process.
